Verhoex (United Dutch Forwarding Agents), set up in Venlo in 1963, is a Dutch company with more than 50 years of experience in customs forwarding. In 1992 (after the borders in the EU were opened up), the company continued to grow. Still, the company grew steadily and started to focus on customs activities to and from Eastern Europe, Switzerland, Turkey, the European seaports of Rotterdam, Antwerp and Hamburg and Amsterdam-Schiphol and Maastricht Aachen Airport. These days, the company's head office can be found at Traffic Port Venlo. It also has branches on the Venlo Trade Port industrial estate, directly on the TCT rail and barge container terminals.
The company opened a branch in Duisburg, Germany, in 2010, directly on the water and rail terminals of the biggest inland port of Europe, and a branch on the Dutch-German border motorway, the E34 Straelen (Niederdorf): Verhoex Zollagentur GmbH.
