Export Documents online

You can now apply for your export documents (Eur.1 / CVO / EUR.MED) via Verhoex, and have them printed off at our office. Your certificates of origin and authorisations can be in your possession within minutes. Export Documents online is an internet application developed by Verhoex for your benefit.

By removing the costs of having to take documents to and retrieving them from the Chamber of Commerce, considerable savings can be made with Export Documents online. That’s efficient, reduces processing times and saves personnel costs.

How does it work?

You can send us the authorisation digitally by e-mail, together with the supplier's declaration (see attached), the export invoice and any other relevant documents relating to your dispatches for export.
Upon receipt of your documents, we can print off your export documents online, and these will be available for you to be picked up at our office. Simple, quick and easy!
