ATR Document - export to Turkey
We offer you the possibility of using the so-called 'Simplified Procedure Drafting ATR Documents' for your export shipments to Turkey. By means of submission of a power of attorney, which can be downloaded, you will be able to use the 'Simplified Regulations ATR.' This means that the documents already carry a customs seal, making visits to the customs counter a thing of the past.
Scheme regulations
The scheme only applies if an export document is also drawn up by Verhoex for the shipment in question.
The power of attorney must be issued to the licence holder (Verhoex).
The obligation to retain records lasts for 7 years, covering all pieces of the shipment in question to which the scheme applies.
