General Conditions

Applicable conditions: The Dutch Forwarding (FENEX) Conditions shall apply to all forwarding activities - including the performance of any customs formalities.

Contracts for international carriage of goods by road are governed by the CMR convention and supplementarily, to the extent permissible by law, by the General Conditions of Transport (AVC2002).

Domestic carriage shall be performed subject to the AVC2002.

Contracted storage shall be exclusively subject to the FENEX Terms and Conditions for Value Added Logistics.

All conditions, latest versions to apply, are available on first request, via the Amsterdam and Rotterdam court registries.
